Food Safety & Quality Systems

The Food Safety and Quality Systems Audit covers all aspects of a Food Safety Management System plus Quality Systems and Food Defence. It is GFTC’s most widely accepted audit standard by major retailers and other stakeholders in the supply chain. It covers the following;

  1. Fundamental GMP programs required to manage food safety (also known as Prerequisite programs)
  2. HACCP Systems (Plans)
  3. Quality Systems
  4. Food Defence
  5. Crisis management preparedness

The FS&QS report can be customized for specific customers to include the customer logo and customer specific scoring schemes
