The Packaging Association of Canada (PAC), through a 70-member steering committee, has developed new PACsecure voluntary food safety standards that are specific to packaging. These standards are designed to help packaging converters harmonize with the international protocol long used by the global food and beverage industry: Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP).
