Course Details:
In recent years the North American food and beverage industry has seen a steady upward movement towards outsourcing and increasing range of products and raw materials. Multiple sourcing has become a common feature within the North American food and beverage industry and has been beneficial for the manufacturer/ processor in most cases. Given this reality, it is extremely important to be aware of the Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) protocol, to meet the recognized requirements and establish a reliable supplier base.
Do you have a systematic method for evaluating and ranking your suppliers? The quality and safety of your products and the reputation of your company can depend upon your suppliers, contract manufacturers and co packers. Design your own SQA program by attending this one day workshop and learn:
