GFTC’s training team is a core group of six dedicated specialists:

Annette Crewson

Registrar
Annette is our registration and course materials specialist. If you’ve taken any of our courses, you’ve probably seen her about, coordinating all aspects of training delivery. Annette takes care of the printing, production, distribution and archiving of all our course materials. She’s the one who makes sure that you have everything you need for a successful course experience.

Robin Foster

Business and Operations Coordinator
Robin coordinates business and administrative activities with current and potential clients out of the GFTC office. She fosters partnerships between the clients and consultants to ensure the needs of all are successfully met.

Marie Lefaive

Manager, Program Development, Customized Training
Marie works with clients to develop customized programs tailored to their business objectives. She is a professional writer and editor with a specialization in information design. She makes sure that the information you need is delivered to you in the clearest and most relevant manner possible.

Jennifer McCreary

Manager, Customized Training Services
Jennifer is your point person for all customized training solutions. She is also our lead trainer and a certified food safety auditor, with a wealth of hands-on experience in the food and beverage industry.

Erin Moore

Manager, Operations
Erin manages the coordination and delivery of all public training programs. She takes care of program logistics, communication with course trainers, and all aspects of program facilitation and maintenance. With a wealth of experience coordinating programs and events, she makes sure that training programs are delivered in a timely and well-organized manner.

Leigh Parsons

Manager, Public Training
