Dr. Ruby Lee is an essential authority in all facets of the GFTC’s Consulting Services. Dr. Lee leads GFTC’s microbiology consulting team to provide microbiological program assessment, development, implementation, troubleshooting and audits. Irwin Pronk has worked with over 200 companies to implement food safety and quality assurance programs over the past 14 years. He has worked on all sections of the supply chain from agriculture through animal feed production, food processing, distribution and food service. He has been an invaluable resource for many GFTC clients with in-plant facilitation of HACCP & GMP programs, SQF, ISO 22000 and was a contributor to the Quality Auditor’s HACCP Handbook (ASQ). His expertise is so valued by the industry that he was the winner of the OFPA’s Sanitarian of the Year award in 2005.
